2026-27 Annual Registration and Device Distribution

It is time to get ready for a great 2026-27 School Year!

All Students - Annual Registration:
All Flagler Schools families are required to complete the Annual Registration every year. This online registration form includes the Flagler Schools student device agreement as well as state-required information for students in grades K–12.

If you’re having trouble logging into your parent account or need help with any part of the Annual Registration process, support is available. You can request help anytime by clicking the Support link within the Flagler Schools Parent Dashboard App. Once your ticket is submitted, a member of our team will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Grades 4-12 Student Device Distribution:
Student device distribution for the 2026–27 school year is scheduled for weeks of July 13-17 and July 20-24, 2026. All Flagler Schools students entering grades 4–12, and iFlagler students will be issued a device at this time. To streamline the process and minimize device pick up wait times, we require families sign up for specific time slots to pick up devices.  Click Here to complete the Annual Registration and/or schedule an appointment.

Appointments/Time slots will be available the weeks of July 13-17 and July 20-24, 2026 :
Mondays and Wednesday - 7:30 AM to 3:15 PM
Tuesday and Thursdays - 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Fridays – 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

CLOSED FOR LUNCH, EVERYDAY 11:00AM -12:00PM

Important Reminders:
  • Log into the Parent Dashboard to reserve a Device Pickup Appointment slot at least four hours prior to picking up a device.
  • Complete the form early to access more scheduling options.
  • Be on time, Be patient, Be Happy :)
  • Annual registration must be completed for all K-12 students in the family before you can schedule a pickup time.
  • Only one appointment is needed to pick up all of your children's devices.
  • You can request help anytime by submitting a support ticket. Once your ticket is submitted, a member of our team will follow up with you as soon as possible.
